In September 2016 Craft Club reached out to the Mystic Learning Center in Somerville to volunteer and run Craft Club on a monthly basis with their teens.
The activities that are taught are later modified so the young adults can teach them to younger children who attend the MLC on a daily basis. Craft Club has hosted a family craft night at the MLC drawing a crowd of 50 people in May 2018. Craft Club coordinates monthly 2 hour workshops with the junior staff. This is a designated time to learn new skills and also gather as a community.
